Southern American Construction provides a full range of construction services and specializes in the development and construction of multi-family luxury residential projects along the Gulf Coast. Our founders bring a wealth of experience, with nearly forty years of commercial and residential construction combined with over twenty years of real estate development and sales, and have been responsible for the construction of over 250 homes and over $2.5 billion in development activity, including the development and/or redevelopment of over 2,000 condominium units, 8,000 single-family residential lots, over 400 resort hotel rooms and 3 golf courses.
